How do you set goals? Do you start with the beginning in mind or with the end result in mind? How about starting with the end result in mind? I will share one of my goals as an example. Goal: raise DiverseNote membership by 10,000 people by February 29. If I start with the end in mind, I can set milestones and plan each step that will assist in reaching this goal. Here is how this goal setting model should look.
